A detached two bedroom bungalow on a working farm, amongst the fells of the Forest of Bowland, providing excellent walking and spectacular scenery plus many tourist attractions within the Ribble Valley. The bungalow is also ideally situated for days out to the coast, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

It is located one and a half miles outside the village of Slaidburn and access is along a good farm road. The accommodation has full oil central heating and consists of a hall, a lounge with open fire, a dining kitchen with the usual electrical appliances including automatic washer and microwave. The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is an additional bed-settee in the lounge. The bathroom consists of a three piece suite. Outside there is a large lawned garden, garage and ample parking away from the main farm.
