The rental for the year 2008 is as follows:

January 5th to March 15th

£210 per week
March 16th to May 23rd

£260 per week
May 23rd to May 30th

£300 per week
May 31st to June 20th £260 per week
June 21st to July 4th £300 per week
July 5th to August 29th £330 per week
August 30th to October 10th £260 per week
October 11th to December 19th

£210 per week
December 20th to January 2nd 2009

£300 per week

Weeks begin at 3.30pm on Saturday and end at 10am on the following Saturday. There will be a £50 deposit per week  on booking, the balance to be paid four weeks before the holiday. A receipt will be issued by return of post. If the holiday is cancelled the deposit will only be returned if the property can be re-let.
